Saff was at his mum&rsquo;s birthday. Coda was running on bigchoof — his Windows dev machine — and the plan was to migrate her to a Pi 5 that had been set up for the purpose. The hardware was ready. The question was whether two AI agents could coordinate a live migration without a human in the loop.</p>
